  • Coaching and support specifically for leaders of teams and organizations. Assisting leaders in honing their understanding of how to operate as an equitable leader, building inclusive culture, and embracing diversity within staff.

  • Professional development intended to explore DEI both personally and professionally. Participants will build shared understanding of the definitions and practices of DEI, engage in conversation about their diverse experiences, and concrete actions to shift policies and practices.

  • Includes a thorough review of existing work and provides recommendations for intentionally integrating greater organizational alignment into the framework, methodology, and goals.

  • Providing training and support for the Board of Directors. Ensuring that there is clarity of vision, strategic objectives, responsibilities, and intentional membership.

  • Inspection of current policies and practices through the lens of equity, inclusion, and intentionality.

  • Content sessions to support teachers in meeting outcomes for their students, reflecting on student data, classroom culture, and establishing a vision for student achievement.

  • Providing one-on-one support for reflection on current practices, developing goals, and measuring progress.
